;D Hey everyone, yes I've been screwed over also. I bought something on January 9th this year and after 4 weeks, I never received my item, I never got but 1 or 2 emails responses after I bombarded them dozens of e-mails. Finally, I had the amount charged back on my Credit Card because they couldn't get their sh*t straight! The funny thing is, after all this time, I had UPS delivery service knocking on my door all this last week trying to deliver a package for me. After 3 attempts, I had to pick-up the package at the UPS facility yesterday and it turned out to FINALLY be the item I requested, a Metroid Prime Strategy Guide. After over a month I get it! I had already found another guide and it was given to me free of charge at another place! No problem, I thought. Now I've got 2 of them now! LOL! On top of that, I thought that I would share some information with everyone: on the box I received the strategy guide in, the top left of the UPS shipping label contained a Phone Number and Address for Buy-Rite! Everything I've read on this site seems to point out that there is no functioning phone number to contact their shipping department! So, here it is: (919)850-9406. I haven't tried this number myself yet, I'll actually try it on Tuesday when I get back to work. If anyone else tries it and it turns out to be a good number, post a reply to let us all know!
