Let me start out by saying that I ordered from them many years ago, back in 1998. Specifically, I ordered Rockman & Forte for the Super Famicom (SNES), back when it was new (yes, the game was actually released that late, one of the very last commercial SF/SNES games), and they didn't have any shelf copies left, so I got the opened display copy. They called ahead of time to let me know and ask if it was OK. I didn't mind that much, because I would have gotten the same deal at any retail place. That was the last time I've ordered from them, but not because I had a bad experience. Just thought I'd let everyone know that they weren't always crooks.

My order was 6 years ago, though. People used to recommend Buy-Rite because they were one of the few stores online that sold import games. Maybe they changed owners somewhere along the line or something, because I don't remember hearing about crappy service before I ordered from them, and I checked around pretty throughly.

I ordered from them 2 years ago (notcie the name?) Nah...I think they are just a-holes who dont know how to run a business or are some way connected to the Mafia or something.
