I ordered 2 used games online from this company after finding them in a search engine. Upon the purchase, I was given no order confirmation or #, so I e-mailed on 5/19/04 for a status report on it. They responded on 5/24/04 stating "Currently your order is being processed through our warehouse to be sure of availability." However, my debit card was charged the full amount, $19.49, on 5/19/04. So, they charge my account a week before telling me they are checking to see if they even HAve the product in stock. On June 5th, I am searching the internet for info on this company and come across several complaints regarding their business practices, including the BBB home site. So, I e-mail them again regarding the situation and tell them to either send my products or refund the FULL amount.I still have not recieved any response nor my products. I think it would be ridiculous to charge me the $8.95 shipping when they won't even send the product. I am currently out of work and filing for disability, so I can't afford to just walk away from the purchase. Further, I believe companies with such practices as the things I have read on these folks should be shut down. I have filed with the BBB and the NC Dept. Of Justice so we'll see what happens.

Unless something has changed, they usually don't have anyone who specifically checks the email, so response time is always very slow. They get a crap load of email every day (mostly spam) and they are extremely understaffed, so email does not end up being much of a priority.
You might get better results if you contact them by phone. If the order just slipped throught the cracks, you will probably get a quick remedy, if they still don't have it, expect the run around.
