First: go to every message board on the net www.ign.comwww.videogames.comhell even www.gamefaqs.comand complain then link them to this list/board then have everybody you know flood their emails so they dont respond to nobody, that way they get an even worse rep towards new people after than have everybody you know or every ip you can fake make a cod order of $100 - $50 dollars just basically give 'em hell

batman, you're a fukking idiot. like you have any chance of "running down" the business. He's been in business for like 15 years or so now, and a couple of random jackasses making fake COD orders isn't going to do a d**n thing. You think you're the first person that's thought of that, or tried that? At the very worst, the only thing it could possibly accomplish is to cause him to stop accepting COD orders, which at the moment is the only way that you're guaranteed not to get ripped off.

actually you got just as many chances of getting ripped off with cod's
you could get the wrong cart (CONSOLE vs ARCADE)
etc
why not have them ship out orders at their expense?

exactly how do you think making a bunch of fake cod orders is gonna shut them down??? anybody else NOT see the logic in this?? just think about it for a minute.......................

They have to pay for shipping + COD cost
then you just deny the order to the mailman
tell 'em it was a prank or something
do it enough it'll annoy anybody

oh, i see- so the way to shut a business down is to annoy them? ?? oh yah very logical, my mistake!!... i maybe could see your point if i could just fit my head in I disagree the way you do .....there could never be a simpler, say adult way of going about it , could there???

Hell its still a loss for the company, why not do it?
and please keep in mind i'm not your enemy
buyrite is, so keep your childish comments to yourself or at least focus them on buyrite
if you spent less time hating on other peoples ideas you could probably figure out something even better

It's quite unlikely that you could get enough people together to place fake COD orders to do any significant damage. Unless you provided a new fake address every time after the first order you wouldn't be able to get them to ship anything else cod to that address.
I think eventually you'd end up getting in trouble.
I really think the best thing to do is simply not to shop there and spread the word to others to do the same.

well its not that hard to makeup/find addresses
you can just send a bunch of cod orders 1 day at a time to a different address in the phonebook (and do it from your local library/ public internet station)
I highly doubt that they will track us down, they dont't have the tools/money/resources to do so, and even the police or whoever wouldnt give a d**n
If we could get them to shut down that COD service, that's one less avenue of business they have.
Also if we all did preorders with CODs that would cost them more right? because they have to buy the title and then send it?
regardless of which i agree with you, zeus, spreading the word not to buy from them is the best think we can do for now.
