Oh, I wasn't going to patronize the advertisers that fund your site. But since i'm FORCED to look at popup ads, I've reconsidered! This spyware desktop calendar thing is just what I need! THANKS!

yeah, this board sucks donkey. Why does the main site not allow you to open links in a new window?
There's a lot of unnecessary javascript on that site.
I imagine that Mr. Boycott himself will fix all these problems in the next few weeks...

You two aren't the first to complain about the hosting of this message board. I understand all your complaints and I am taking it into consideration. Does anybody have any good suggestions for a free message board host other than this one?
I would be willing to change message board hosts if there is one with less popups and the same reliability as this one. Any ideas?
My apoligies again.

I dunno, is ultimateBB free? It seems better. Check realultimatepower.net's message board, maybe that will help you.
I don't mind popups so much, but it absolutely screams at you, opens multiple popups with one click, pretty overwhelming.
Why does your main site (NOT THE MESSAGE BOARD) not allow you to open its own links in a new window. Seems very annoying and pointless.
On the other hand, I'm glad you have the site up and you're getting the message out. Keeping the site up should be first priority, iron the kinks out later.
Good luck, and I'm sorry that you went through the UTTER CRAP that buyrite has put me and countless others through.

I've been using these kind of message boards for a while, and the popups I get don't seem to bother me too much. They don't seem to work and only pop up every 3 or 4 page loads. Dunno, but I do like this type of board a lot.

Oh, I don't notice any pop-ups. My pop up stopper thing, must be getting them all. But if somehow they install programs on your computer that you don't want, I recommend getting Ad-Aware. It's free, I think. The Pop-Up Detector I have up is pretty good, and it's the free version too... "Pop-Up Stopper Professional" by Panicware or something. I had to find some Pop-Up stoppers for this computer, since my parents use this too, and there were many inappropriate ad pop-ups that would plague this computer.
Well, anyway, I'm new to this bored... I just signed up, will there really be a new board now soon?

rather than using micro$oft's browser you could use mozilla... i've never seen a single pop-up on this site...and the few places that i do get pop-ups they are relating to the site(like specials on amazon)
