JUST TO LET EVERYONE KNOW, THEIR NEW LOCATION IN WAKE FOREST, IS CONSIDERED THE CORPORATE SITE NOW. THEIR WEBSITE IS UPDATED FROM THAT LOCATION, ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM THAT LOCATION. ALL FROM THE TINY SPACE IN THE BACK. IF THEY SAY THEY CAN'T ACCESS INFO ON YOUR ONLINE ORDER, THEY ARE LYING! MOST ITEMS BOUGHT ARE NOT EVEN IN INVENTORY. SUPER NINTENDO GAMES WITH THE LABELS SCRATCHED OFF, DAMAGED AND DIRTIER THEN $#!* ARE SOLD AS NEW, FOR $22.00. a TOTAL RIPOFF, THEY SAY THEY SELL YOU NEW ITEMS WHEN THEY ACTUALLY SHRINK RAP IT AND TRY TO PUCH IT AS NEW. IF YOU NEED HELP CONTACTING THEM, PLEASE REPLY, ANYTHING TO SUPPORT THE WAR AGAINST THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE

Do they have a new phone number for the Wake Forest location? Or will the other numbers still work.

Hi. I'm curious about their new location. Is it IN the town of Wake Forest which is a bit out of the way from downtown Raleigh, or is it on Wake Forest Rd. IN Raleigh. When I first heard Wake Forest, I thought that they would just open the other store somewhere in Raleigh (like Wake Forest Rd). Do they do any in-store sales from that location? Thanks.

It's IN Wake Forest, right off of Capital Blvd and Highway 98. Up past the new Wakefield area.

The phone number for Buy Rite Video Game's Wake Forest store is (919) 556-3440. Surprisingly, the customer service representative I spoke to when I called was friendly and truthful. Amazing, yes?

None of them are truthful! They lie through their teeth there, the girl up front there is named Tara, she is the only nice one.

I've spoken to some pretty nice people, but I always assume it's just a front. And actions speak louder than words and they just suck in doing anything, like shipping items.

The people are actually usually nice people in real life, it's just that when they're on the phone, if you listen closely you can hear Mark in the background yelling and telling them exactly what to say. You can't really blame the employees since they have no say in what is told to the customers. And chances are they probably really are new since not many people last longer than a month or two.

Lol, actually I always hear Mark yelling in the background. It's so obvious.
