I was ripped by Buyrite in early January and I went to the BBB for help after 3 week from my order date. The BBB sent me a letter today and this is what it said:
Regrettably, we must advice you that the Better Business Bureau has not recieved a response from the company regarding your complaint. Since the Bureau has no legal authority, we are unable to render further assistance to you in this matter.
There are other sources i.e. an attorney or Small Claims Court which may be options for you to pursue in seeking remedy and relief.
In the event this matter is resolved, we respectifully request that you advise the Bureau by completing and returning the enclosed form. Our records can be adjusted accordingly.
For your information, your experience (complaint) will be a part of the company's record in the Bureau's file for a minimum of THREE years.
To minimize the resk of dissatisfaction with future business transactions, we encourage that you call the BBB for a current report before doing business with a company operating in our service area.
Sincerely,
Linda Vitale
Conciliator
Ok, what do I do now?

review and complete the enclosed form they sent u, this will add ur complaint to there database, if there is ever a class action suit brought againest buy rite, then that can be used as evidence.
as well call ur credit card company and deny the charges that buy rite made. they cant take the money out if its denied, if ur credit card company asks why, tell them that the company hasn't sent u a product.
