I went there a few years ago to get King Of Fighters for Dreamcast. I was suprised when I had to pay an extra 20$ for a "Enabler". The enabler to play foreign games was nothing more then a burnt copy of DC-X.

Anyways, I'm sorry that you got cheated like that. |
