As you know, there is an ESRB rating system to prevent "mature" games from being sold to minors. Do you think we can use this system to our advantage?
Perhaps somebody could organize a sting in which you go into Buy-Rite video games online or in person and have a minor purchase a mature game and then catch it on tape. That would be a gross violation of the ESRB rating system and perhaps call for a fine. What do you guys think?

That kind of thing has never been a problem for me personally, and I think a lot of places do that kind of thing. But something like that can't hurt us, so I think it's a pretty good idea. I don't live locally to NC, so I can't do that kind of thing conveniently :\

It's not a law, it's a recommendation. The cops wouldn't be able to do anything. There was just a big deal about this in Washington state. They made it illegal to sell violent video games to minors but that law was just ruled unconstitutional.
