if we all sent fake COD orders or preorders and flooded their mail boxes we could bring down their coustomer service
if we bring down the service level less people will buy and we can run them out of business
why not?

First of all, emails can be traced, and if you continuously make fake orders he could take legal actions against you, or contact your ISP and report abuse, which would get your internet account shut down pretty quickly. ISP's have a pretty lowe tolerance for that sort of thing. I've built up a pretty big list of people I've personally had shut down for similar things. Do you want to be the one that goes to jail for fraud? Why don't you try thinking before you post your pathetic revenge ideas?

Dude you get way to personal with this
your enemy is buyrite not this dude
and you could always use a library or public terminal to do it
as long as you make 'em under $50 or so I'm sure they'll ship without verification

Instead of risking anything over this my opinion would be to just spread the word on these guy's over the net, like in game related forums.
