1. I sometimes like to read the complaints about sellers i consider buying from on ebay.com and i noticed something interesting. Gamebuyer (aka Buy-Rite) actually has people with positive feedback post FIVE OR MORE times. this is probably why it's feedback rating is 95 percent. 2. I was wondering if there is anything I could do (I have not and will NEVER buy from buy rite) to help your site because I would like to make a difference for future people Gamebuyer is waiting to scam 3. Does anyone know if buy rite games knows about this great (for us-the consumer) site? 4. Have they ever been taken to court? 5. have they ever answered anyones email? perhaps their email is fraudulent if people message them with no reply. thx for your wonderful site and helping me stay clear of Buy WRONG video games!

3. Buy-Rite is fully aware of this and other "hate-sites". As a matter of fact, the employees love reading other peoples stories. Trust me, they feel for you guys. They hate the owner MORE than you do, becuase they have to spend 8 (+/-) hours with him 5 days out of the week.
4. Not to my knowledge, but they have been under heavy fire from the law within the past month or so. Don't worry, nuts's about to hit the fan in the world of Buy-Rite.
5. They do occassionally. Sending an email is not the best way to contact them, though.

You said that Buy-Rite has been under "heavy fire from the law." What do you mean? I've heard that they had their share of legal troubles over the years, but that they always manage to avoid anything major. It would be interesting to see if they actually got stuck with something that they couldn't get out of. Not sure if that will happen anytime soon though. And from my experience of visiting their store over the years, the employees all seem quick to bad mouth the owner, so I agree on the point that they all hate the owner more than the people on this site do!

Just send Buy-Rite a mail bomb and get it over with.

First of all, Buy-Rite is NOT under new ownership, so nothing is going to change. As far as being under heavy fire from the law, Buy-Rite has had some federal agents investigating recently. I am not sure what they are investigating or to the extent they will take it. Do I believe that this will "end Buy Rite"? No, honestly. I do not. I think it should, though. Justice must be brought to the thousands that have been ripped off throughout the past decade. At least, though phone calls and web-sites like this, the government is fully aware of the situations that have plagued this company for years. I can only hope that Buy Rite will reap the repercussions it has sown.
